By accessing or using WhatsChrono ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The platform is operated by Group Signal LLC, a Texas limited liability company. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
WhatsChrono is a business-to-business platform available exclusively to verified luxury watch dealers. Access requires manual verification and approval by WhatsChrono. Creating an account does not guarantee access; accounts are subject to review and may be declined or revoked at our discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accounts are non-transferable. You may not share your account credentials with any other person or entity.
WhatsChrono is provided solely for the purpose of monitoring watch market listings and facilitating dealer-to-dealer communication. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes consistent with its intended function.
WhatsChrono offers optional SMS text message alerts for new watch listings matching your saved searches. SMS notifications are entirely opt-in and are not required to use the platform.
Program name: WhatsChrono Alerts
Program description: Real-time SMS alerts sent to verified watch dealers when new listings matching their saved search criteria are posted on the WhatsChrono platform.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on market activity.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After opting out you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive recurring text messages from WhatsChrono (Group Signal LLC) at the mobile number you provide. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by removing your mobile number on the Alerts page.
Access to WhatsChrono requires a paid subscription after the free trial period. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Billing appears as Group Signal LLC on your statement. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Watch listing data displayed on the platform is aggregated from third-party WhatsApp groups and is provided for informational purposes only. WhatsChrono does not verify the accuracy of listing information and makes no representations about the availability, condition, or pricing of any watch listed.
You agree that WhatsChrono is not a party to any transaction between dealers and bears no responsibility for the outcome of any deal initiated through information found on the platform.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any listing data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Group Signal LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
